Refund Policy

1. Full refund within 14 days

You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid within 14 calendar days of each payment for Word Islamic Encyclopedia, with no conditions or exceptions. No reason is required.

This right applies even if you have downloaded, activated or used the software. You do not need to demonstrate a technical fault, attempt troubleshooting or leave the product unused. No processing fees are deducted from your refund.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected]. You may include your purchase email or order number to help us locate the transaction; if you do not have these details, we will help you find it. You do not need to justify your request.

For payments made through Paddle, you can also visit Paddle buyer support and select Request refund, or use the support link in your payment receipt.

3. Refund processing

We process requests under the guarantee stated here. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; the time for the credit to appear depends on your bank and payment method. Once refunded, the license or access associated with that purchase ends.

4. Your rights

This 14-day guarantee applies to all customers, editions and payment methods, including discounted purchases. The refund covers the full amount actually paid. It does not limit any additional statutory rights and takes precedence over conflicting earlier wording on this website or in an edition or offer description.

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for payments made through Paddle. You can read Paddle’s Refund Policy. Our unconditional 14-day guarantee is an additional right we provide and is not restricted by activation or use.
