Taiba Software provides Word Islamic Encyclopedia to help users, researchers, educational institutions, and content teams insert Quran verses, search, manage citations, and work efficiently inside Microsoft Word. This page is written as a practical reference before registration, trial download, purchase, or support contact. We aim to keep the language clear and useful for customers, payment providers, and operational review.
1. Data we collect
We collect only the information required to provide and operate the service. This may include name, email address, phone number when provided, selected plan, payment method, order details, support messages, and basic website activity such as visited pages, visit time, and registration or download source. This information helps us send download links, create customer accounts, manage support, improve checkout, and distinguish between leads and paying customers.
2. Payment data
We do not store full payment card numbers or payment account passwords in the Word Islamic Encyclopedia database. When an external payment gateway such as Paddle is used, payment data is processed according to that provider's policy.
